Pasardana.id – Desra Firza Ghazfan, President Director of PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk (IDX: IKAI), executed a purchase transaction for 5,000,000 IKAI shares at a price of Rp 20 per share on October 1, 2026.
“The purpose of the transaction is for investment, with the shares held directly,” stated an IDX disclosure on Tuesday (October 6).
Following the purchase, Desra Firza Ghazfan’s stake in IKAI now stands at 5,000,000 shares (0.04%), compared to the previous holding of zero.
