IQPlus, (October 6) – Desra Firza Ghazfan, President Director of PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk (IKAI), reduced his shareholding on October 1, 2026.
In a written statement on Tuesday (October 6), IKAI management stated that Desra had purchased 5,000,000 shares at a price of Rp20 per share.
“The purpose of the transaction is for investment through direct share ownership,” the statement said.
Following the transaction, Desra’s shareholding in IKAI stands at 5 million shares, equivalent to 0.04%, compared to 0 shares previously.
