PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk (Holding) was established in 1991, founding a ceramic manufacturing plant in the Palem Manis Industrial Area, Tangerang, Banten. This factory is managed by the Company’s Manufacturing subsidiary, a pioneer in contributing to the Company’s revenue. The flagship product of the Manufacturing Ceramic subsidiary is Homogeneous Tile (Porcelain Ceramics), the first of its kind in Indonesia, marketed both domestically and internationally under the brand Essenza.
In 2017, PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk (IKAI) introduced new management with highly professional human resources in their respective fields. To support the development of the ceramic industry, the Company expanded its business direction to become an Investment Company implementing sustainable and mutually supportive businesses by venturing into the Hospitality Property and Area Development sector, in line with the growing tourism and infrastructure industry in Indonesia.
