*PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk Holds the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders*

On Tuesday, 30 June 2026, PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk (the “Company”) successfully convened its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).

During the meetings, the Company’s shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including changes to the composition of the Board of Directors and/or the Board of Commissioners, as well as the other agenda items presented at the meetings.

The approval of the changes to the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners reflects the Company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, enhancing the effectiveness of its management and oversight functions, and improving the Company’s overall performance in addressing future business challenges.
