Bernardus Djonoputro

Chair of the Audit Committee

Born in 1963, Bernardus Djonoputro is a professional with more than 35 years of experience in the public and private sectors, including banking, infrastructure, and global consulting. Currently, he serves as New Zealand’s Honorary Trade Advisor for Southeast Asia and Commissioner of PT BIJB Aerocity Development.

He is the founder of Smart City Orchestra Ltd in Tokyo and an investor in AAL-Bio in the field of bio-conversion. Globally, he is also active as a Fellow and Faculty Member of the Salzburg Global Seminar in Austria.

Bernardus is a certified Master City Planner and Member of the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCAROP), Chair of the IAP Ethics Council, and Advisory Board of the Endowment Fund and ITB Business Management Agency. He has received various awards, including the Ganesha Wirya Jasa Utama Award (2025) from ITB and the American Express Worldwide Best Performer Award (1993).

With his global experience, strategic leadership, governance, and technology expertise, he is trusted as an Independent Commissioner of PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk.

Audit Committee Member

Born in 1962, W.E. Daniel Setyonegoro is a legal professional with more than 30 years of experience in law, taxation, and capital markets. He earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Indonesia in 1990, and a Master of Business Law (Master of Business Law / Lex Legibus Magister) from Bond University, Australia in 2002.

His career began in 1983 at the Directorate General of Taxes, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. He then pursued a career in tax consulting at KPMG-Hanadi Sudjendro and in law at several prominent firms, including Lubis, Ganie & Surowidjojo; Warens & Achyar; and William, Effendi & Co.

As a legal practitioner, he founded and became a founding partner in several firms, including William Soerjonegoro & Partners and Daniel Setyonegoro & Partners. He also has experience as a Commissioner and shareholder of PT Syailendra Capital and played a role in the establishment of PT Pendanaan Efek Indonesia, a subsidiary of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

With a strong professional background and cross-sector track record, W.E. Daniel Setyonegoro was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and Independent Commissioner of PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk pursuant to Deed No. 135 dated June 30, 2025, to provide strategic guidance and ensure the implementation of good corporate governance.

Dandossi Matram (Ossy), born in Jakarta on January 26, 1963, is a senior Indonesian executive with more than 35 years of experience in capital markets, finance, state-owned enterprises, and strategic management. With an educational background from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Indonesia (Finance & Marketing), the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Indonesia (Business Administration), and Diploma III & IV in Accounting from the State College of Accounting, Ossy has developed in-depth expertise in financial engineering, corporate restructuring, privatization, good corporate governance, corporate communication, and crisis management.

Throughout his career, he has held various strategic positions, including Commissioner and senior management at PT Hascar International Motor Group, member of the Risk Management Committee at PT PANN PPM and PT Pegadaian, Strategic Steering Committee Advisor at PT Mandalika Grand Prix Association, President Commissioner of PT Phapros Tbk, Director of Finance & Human Resources/Assets at PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero), Independent Commissioner and Corporate Secretary of PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk, Vice President of PT Bakrie Finance Corporation Tbk, and Director at various securities companies such as Salomon Brothers, Bakrie Securities, and BDNI Securities. Since 2003, he has also been active as a consultant on restructuring, privatization, and strategic communications for various state-owned enterprises.

Ossy has achieved a number of important milestones, such as initiating a toll road financing scheme through the state budget in 2006, becoming a copywriter for award-winning annual reports (2004, 2005), successfully transforming the image of PT Kimia Farma into a modern international company, and successfully handling various major corporate crises in state-owned enterprises and public issuers.

With an extensive network in the SOE sector, ministries, capital market regulators, and the financial industry, Ossy is known as a figure who is able to combine technical competence, strategic leadership, and public communication skills, making him one of the most respected professionals in the Indonesian corporate world.
