Dean Arslan

Chair of the Audit Committee

Dean Arslan is a professional figure with superior qualifications in Accounting and Management in Indonesia. He was appointed Independent Commissioner of the Company on 16 August 2021. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1980. In 1984, Dean Arslan improved his skills by obtaining a Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Arthur D .The Little Management Education Institute in Massachusetts, USA.

Apart from his academic achievements, Dean Arslan also plays an important role in shaping the educational environment in Indonesia. His dedication to the dissemination of knowledge can be seen from his role as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, from 1980 to 1991. Apart from being a lecturer, he also has experience leading as high management in several business industries in manufacturing and real estate.

Dean Arslan’s commitment is not only limited to education, he has active involvement in important organizations that define the professional landscape in Indonesia. His role in the Association of Economic Scholars (ISEI), the Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI), and his leadership position as Deputy Chair of the Alumni Association of the University of Indonesia (ILUNI) (2003-2006) and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the FEUI Endowment Fund Foundation (2003-2006) shows his dedication towards community development and holistic development in the business and academic fields.

The involvement of these various aspects shows Dean Arslan not only as a renowned professional, practical experience, and commitment to the progress development of PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk.

Engkos Sadrah, a distinguished Indonesian professional, currently holds the esteemed position of President Commissioner & Commissioner Independent at PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk. This appointment was made following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on August 16, 2021.

With an illustrious career, Engkos Sadrah’s journey to to be Commissioner has been marked by significant achievements, particularly in his role as a Director at Bank Jabar. His extensive experience in banking economics, coupled with his ascent to the position of Senior Management, has endowed him with a profound understanding of the economic and banking landscapes.

Engkos Sadrah also actively engaged in various organizations, showcasing his dedication to professional development and community welfare. His notable involvements include: Anggota Badan Pertimbangan MES (Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah) di Jawa Barat Pusat, Serving in this role since 2016, Engkos Sadrah demonstrates an ongoing commitment to economic and Sharia community considerations. He also involve in Forum Komunikasi Direktur Kepatuhan  sebagai Ketua Bidang Organisasi dan Ketua Bidang Hukum pada Tahun 2002-2007. He participate actively in Ahli Senior Ikatan Bankir Indonesia (2001-2007), Recognized as a senior expert within the Indonesian  banking community, Engkos Sadrah’s contributions were instrumental in shaping the Banking industry.

As President Commissioner & Independent at PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk, he brings a wealth of experience and a multifaceted skill set, contributing significantly to the company’s success and growth in the dynamic business landscape. Engkos Sadrah stands as a key figure, embodying the principles of leadership, expertise, and community service within the business.

Stepanus Ardhanova is a business professional with extensive experience in the fields of strategic finance, control, and governance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia and pursued his Master’s education at IPMI International Business School, earning an Executive MBA degree. Additionally, he holds official certifications in Finance & Accounting.

His career began as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he gained valuable experience in financial leadership. He later held key financial roles in several companies, such as PT Bakrie Telecom, Tbk, where he served as Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Manager, and subsequently as Head of Financial Control at PT Aero System Indonesia within the Garuda Indonesia Group. Stepanus has also held senior management positions at PT Cipta Kridatama, Trakindo Group, and at PT Intraco Penta, Tbk.

He has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, leveraging his experience as a Board of Director member at Indosterling Citra Corpora and PT Tridomain Performance Materials, Tbk. Besides his practical experience, Stepanus Ardhanova has also played roles as a member of the Audit Committee in various organizations. The combination of his solid formal education and extensive experience across different industries is expected to contribute significantly to the development and oversight of business operations at PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk.
