PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri (IKAI) on Monday, June 30, 2025 held its General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) as a manifestation of IKAI’s strong commitment to good business governance amidst all the changes. At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Financial Year 2024, IKAI announced various important decisions that reflect their strong commitment to good business governance. Among them were the Business Performance Report, Determination of the Company’s Profit and Loss, Remuneration of the Remuneration of the Company’s Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, Appointment of Public Accountant Firm, and Changes in the Composition of the Company’s Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners.
