Commissioner 

KPAA Tedjodiningrat Broto Asmoro, S.E., M.M., was born in Surabaya on June 19, 1977. He earned a Bachelor of Economics (S.E.) degree in Management from Trisakti University in 1995 and a Master of Management (M.M.) degree from Pancasila University in 2007.
He has more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, institutional relations, as well as professional organizations and the business world. Some of the leadership positions he has held include: Chairman of the Jakarta Entrepreneur Club (2007), Chairman of Citra Bhayangkara Central Jakarta (2009), Head of the Regional Executive Board (BPD) of HIPMI Jaya (2010), Deputy General Treasurer of the National Executive Board (BPP) of HIPMI (2011), Deputy Chairman for Foreign Relations of the National Executive Board (PB) of PGI (2018), Deputy Chairman of PGI DKI Jaya (2019), Member of the Supervisory Board of the National Entrepreneurs Network (2020), and Deputy Chairman of the Central Board of KADIN (2021).
Currently, Mr. Tedjo serves as Director of PT Sandi Bhayangkari Negara (2019–present), Commissioner of PT Rejeki Bhagawanta Artha (2019–present), Strategic Partner at Firma Ardhi Negara Bhayangkari (2021–present), and Advisor Partner at PT Pusaka Bumi Transportasi (2019–present). Previously, he served as President Commissioner of PT Krakatau Jasa Industri from 2022 to 2024.
With a strong track record in business, organizational management, and corporate governance, he is expected to make strategic contributions to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and the development of the Company’s business.
