Engkos Sadrah, a distinguished Indonesian professional, currently holds the esteemed position of President Commissioner & Commissioner Independent at PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk. This appointment was made following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on August 16, 2021.

With an illustrious career, Engkos Sadrah’s journey to be Commissioner has been marked by significant achievements, particularly in his role as a Director at Bank Jabar. His extensive experience in banking economics, coupled with his ascent to the position of Senior Management, has endowed him with a profound understanding of the economic and banking landscapes.

Engkos Sadrah also actively engaged in various organizations, showcasing his dedication to professional development and community welfare. His notable involvements include: Anggota Badan Pertimbangan MES (Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah) di Jawa Barat Pusat, Serving in this role since 2016, Engkos Sadrah demonstrates an ongoing commitment to economic and Sharia community considerations. He also involve in Forum Komunikasi Direktur Kepatuhan sebagai Ketua Bidang Organisasi dan Ketua Bidang Hukum pada Tahun 2002-2007. He participate actively in Ahli Senior Ikatan Bankir Indonesia (2001-2007), Recognized as a senior expert within the Indonesian banking community, Engkos Sadrah’s contributions were instrumental in shaping the Banking industry.

Dean Arslan is a professional figure with superior qualifications in Accounting and Management in Indonesia. He was appointed Independent Commissioner of the Company on 16 August 2021. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1980. In 1984, Dean Arslan improved his skills by obtaining a Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Arthur D .The Little Management Education Institute in Massachusetts, USA.

Apart from his academic achievements, Dean Arslan also plays an important role in shaping the educational environment in Indonesia. His dedication to the dissemination of knowledge can be seen from his role as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, from 1980 to 1991. Apart from being a lecturer, he also has experience leading as high management in several business industries in manufacturing and real estate.

Dean Arslan’s commitment is not only limited to education, he has active involvement in important organizations that define the professional landscape in Indonesia. His role in the Association of Economic Scholars (ISEI), the Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI), and his leadership position as Deputy Chair of the Alumni Association of the University of Indonesia (ILUNI) (2003-2006) and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the FEUI Endowment Fund Foundation (2003-2006) shows his dedication towards community development and holistic development in the business and academic fields.

Winda Yohana Marieska SE, CHRP was appointed as Corporate Secretary, in accordance with the Decree of the Company’s Directors No: SK/003/IKAI/VII/2018, dated July 2, 2018.

Winda Yohana Marieska is a distinguished graduate in Economics from Airlangga University, showcasing specialized expertise in Human Resources Management. Since joining the company in 2017, she has served with distinction as the Head of Human Capital Development. Her experience in administrative management and unwavering dedication to resource management led to her appointment as the Corporate Secretary.

Prior to joining PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk, Winda garnered invaluable experience across diverse industries. Her notable professional history includes roles at PT Courts Retail Indonesia, Agung Sedayu Group, and PT Cowell Development Tbk. Winda not only brings a wealth of experience in various business ventures but has also successfully led divisions, showcasing expertise in different fields.
