In 2021, PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk will restructure ownership with Mahkota Properti Indo Medan (MPIM) as a subholding company in a subsidiary that owns Land Bank assets, where the Land Bank will be used as a Hospitality Development or property asset.
Currently, MPIM is the direct holding company of PT Realindo Sapta Optima (RSO) and PT Mahkota Artha Mas (MAM).

The land is planned to be the location of a hotel property with 150 rooms and 10 villas. This property was built in collaboration with international scale operators and was designed by Popo Danes and John Pettigrew as Landscape Consultant.

PT Realindo Sapta Optima is a PT Mahkota Properti Indo Medan subsidiary in commercial asset development.
PT Realindo Sapta Optima also has plans to build a hotel in an area of 6.9 Ha with 72 rooms and 28 villas. The hotel will also have 2 restaurants, a multifunctional room, a wedding venue, 2 swimming pools, and various other complementary facilities. Popo Danes created the architectural design of this hotel, and the construction was carried out with contractor Totalindo Eka Persada.
